2024 Cocoa Beach Turkey Trot

Event Description

It’s a Thanksgiving morning tradition!
Join us for the 2024 Cocoa Beach Turkey Trot 5K, and start your holiday off right at one of the best community events on Florida’s Space Coast! This 5K running & walking event is family-friendly and community focused.

Here’s the Need-to-Know Info for 2014::
Race starts 8 a.m. Thanksgiving morning (November 28, 2023)
Race starts in downtown Cocoa Beach (20 N. Brevard Avenue)
Post-race refreshments, raffles & dozens of awesome door prizes giveaways
Costumes encouraged!
Finisher medals to all participants
Short-sleeve race shirt (unisex and ladies styles) to first 3,500 entries. Optional: upgrade to race tank singlet or long-sleeve shirt at packet pickup for additional cost, while supplies last).
FREE kids race after the 5K
Turkey Teams welcome — we provide the turkey, you keep it!
Well-behaved dogs & young kids who get along with others are welcome — but PLEASE keep dogs, strollers & young kids to the far right side

Cost: $25 | price increases to $30 after October 26. No shirt race option available: $5 less.
Virtual options available if you can’t make the race in person

The funds raised from this race benefit the Cocoa Beach High School Track & Cross Country teams, and various other youth-based programs in the area.

NOTE: This year, there will be NO race day registration. You must preregister or sign up online or at packet pickup ahead of time.
