All of South Beach Island Resorts’ suites have 600 square feet of living space featuring generous living/dining room area, full kitchens, large bedroom, and a full bathroom with tub and shower. South Beach Island Resorts also offers a luxury, Green Certified, oceanfront estate, Villa Verde. This stunning getaway offers 3,000 square feet of air conditioned living space and can accommodate 12 guests. The main house consists of a spacious living area, separate dining room, and a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own private beach access. Located behind the double garage, is a laundry facility with its own half bath, utility sink, and beach access. Additionally, above the garage there is a self-contained, one bedroom apartment which boasts the same attention to detail and quality as the main house.
