Coasters Taphouse: Food From The Land

If you have not tried Coasters Taphouse located on N. Atlantic Ave in beautiful Cocoa Beach, you are missing out! Coasters Taphouse truly embraces their German traditions and has a section on the menu dedicated to the culture with delicious German cuisine. One of the local favorites is the Roasted Pork Knuckle or the schweinshaxe in Germany. It is a tender, slow roasted pork shank seasoned with Dusseldorf mustard and served with your choice of two side items.

Depending on what side items or appetizers you select, they are now using expeller-pressed non-GMO canola oil  in their fryers. But don’t worry, it is still just as tasty.

If you want to eat something a little more traditional with an exotic twist, try one of their famous burgers. They work closely with Orlando’s premium Exotic Meats vendor to provide you with the most interesting burgers in Florida. The exotic meat rotates depending on availability and seasonality. If you don’t like meat, don’t worry they have wonderful Vegetarian Burgers to choose from. Either a freshly-grilled, balsamic-marinated portabella mushroom or a tasty black bean burger.
