We promise that you will not be disappointed. Carlos Garcia is the owner of this local hotspot and makes sure that every dish he serves is top quality. He grew up cooking with his father and loves to now share his family recipes with his community. Here are 3 reasons the locals won’t stop coming.

The Fresh Tortillas.

Carlos does not believe in using pre packaged tortillas, he only uses fresh tortillas from his dad’s shop in Cocoa. It makes everything taste fresh and delicious. It’s the little details that can make your experience from good to amazing.

The Sauces.

If you love sauce, this beachside restaurant always serves your selection with a side of red and green sauce. The green sauce is mild while the red is for the individuals who love to spice up their entrees.

Authentic Mexican Sandwich.

If you are starving, this huge sandwich with a extra large bun will do the trick. The oversized bun is stuffed with your choice of chicken, pork, or steak. Or if you want to mix it up for a $1 upcharge you can do a combo of the meats. On top of the meat you will get lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese.
