If you’re looking for a relaxing and fun dining experience while venturing through Port Canaveral, you’ve found it at Rusty’s Seafood and Oyster Bar.
Rusty’s Seafood and Oyster Bar has a long history of servicing both residents and visitors to the Port. Bernard Fischer started the restaurant back in October of 1948 as Bernard’s Surf. After Bernard’s passing in 1965, Rusty Fischer – Bernard’s nephew – took over, creating and building Rusty’s Seafood and Oyster Bar in 1992.
The crew at Rusty’s takes pride in their latest protocols to combat COVID-19.
“We’re prideful in keeping our staff and guests safe,” said Dana Mrdjenovich, General Manager of Rusty’s Seafood and Oyster Bar, in an interview. “We’re taking COVID seriously.”
With updated cleaning and sanitation protocols, Rusty’s Seafood and Oyster Bar is open and ready for guests to dive into raw or steamed oysters, peel-and-eat shrimp, seasoned ahi tuna, buffalo wings, snow crab, legs, or a hearty bowl of clam chowder.
With fresh, homemade food and drinks, on top of a quality atmosphere that is both inviting and relaxing, it’s no wonder guests drive pretty far for a relaxing Rusty’s experience.
Daily Happy Hour Specials run from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. offering guests $2 Bud or Miller Light Drafts, $3 House Wines, $3 Wells Cocktails, and $2 off wings and peel-and-eat Shrimp, along with an Early Bird Menu offered from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. providing customers with a little bit of everything.
Rusty’s Seafood and Oyster Bar can also accommodate Private Parties of up to 80 guests in the Wahoo Room, showcasing an expansive deck and private bar for any event.
